By using the Gorean Core System (GCS), its modules, tools, documentation, or any related content, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the system.

Use at Your Own Risk

GCS is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. The creator(s) of GCS are not responsible for:

• region instability
• data loss
• configuration errors
• user disputes
• roleplay conflicts
• misuse of the system

Region owners and administrators assume full responsibility for how GCS is deployed and used within their environments.

System Behavior & Configuration

GCS modules are self‑contained objects. Their behavior depends on:

• region settings
• permissions
• object placement
• user configuration
• local roleplay rules

GCS does not enforce or govern roleplay standards; it provides tools that regions may use at their discretion.

Updates & Compatibility

GCS may receive updates that improve stability, fix issues, or expand functionality. While backward compatibility is a priority, older modules may require updates to remain functional.

Region owners are responsible for:

• updating modules
• replacing outdated components
• ensuring compatibility within their environment

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• follow region rules
• respect roleplay boundaries
• use GCS modules as intended
• avoid tampering with system components
• comply with platform policies

Any misuse of GCS may result in loss of access or removal from participating regions.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• redistribute GCS modules or scripts
• sell GCS components or derivatives
• publish or share GCS source code
• claim authorship of GCS assets
• repackage GCS as your own system
• use GCS branding or logos without permission

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator(s) of GCS are not liable for:

• direct or indirect damages
• loss of data or progress
• downtime or region instability
• conflicts between users or administrators
• consequences of improper configuration

Use of GCS is entirely at your own risk.

Termination of Use

The creator(s) reserve the right to revoke access to GCS modules or updates if:

• the system is misused
• licensing terms are violated
• redistribution or unauthorized modification occurs

Regions or users found in violation may lose access to future updates or support.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of GCS after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
